and £55 single occupancy for one night only

and £50 single occupancy for 2 nights or more

BOOKING TERMS & CONDITIONS
Once you have made a booking,
we require written confirmation and a deposit
of £20 to confirm
this reservation. This deposit is non-refundable if cancellation
is made less than 3 weeks prior to your date of arrival. If cancellation is made more than 48 hours prior to the stay, full payment is requested unless the room can be re-let.
In the case of a cancellation, please
advise us immediately to give us the opportunity to re-let your room.
Your room will be ready for you to occupy from 4.00
pm.
It would be helpful and appreciated if you would be kind
enough to give us a call and
inform us of your expected time of arrival. Rooms
must be vacated by 11 am on the day of departure.
